STS provides comprehensive services to clients.


STS leverages its extensive Army Aviation network to:

   Advance clients' credibility with AMCOM EXPRESS customers

   Stimulate interest in clients' technologies, services, and products.

   Facilitate communication and understanding of Army needs.

   Target Redstone Arsenal Army Aviation customers:

     Aviation & Missile Research, Development & Engineering Center (AMRDEC)

    Aviation & Missile Command (AMCOM)

     PEO Aviation

     Integrated Materiel Management Center (IMMC)

   Create highly competitive, winning teams:

     Introduce clients to Army customers and potential teammates

     Broker client contractual teaming agreements

     Facilitate clients joining multiple AMCOM EXPRESS BPA teams

   Assist with business development and proposal plans:

    • Prepare and present white papers and briefings

    • Assist in proposal strategy development and proposal preparation

    • Create Army Aviation program opportunities (such as SBIRs)

   Represent clients within Army Aviation community:

     Attend bidders' conferences and industry days

     Participate in technical meetings, committees, conferences, and symposia

     Identify opportunities within other Redstone Arsenal Army/NASA agencies.
